Bernadette Farrell O’Neill is a Chartered Accountant with an Honours Degree in  Business Studies from D.C.U.  She has qualifications in counselling and training. She worked in the corporate world for a number of years before setting up her own training company in 1998. ACE Training is twelve years old this year and still going strong! Gillian Horan Gillian Horan is the Director of Business Consult, a strategic branding consultancy and training organisation consistently helping business owners and managers achieve their marketing, branding and business development objectives. Gillian has experience working with SMEs for ten years and has a successful track record as a Marketing/Branding Consultant with SMEs nationally. With Gillian’s unique experience of SME branding she regularly addresses networking organisations both in the public and private sector. She also writes regularly for the Bank of Ireland website- All About Business. In conjunction with the world of industry, Gillian is also closely connected to researching the area of marketing and branding and has published work in both areas. Elaine Hyland A.C.M.A. Elaine is a qualified Chartered Management Accountant and has a broad range of experience having worked in senior roles within manufacturing and service organisations for 20 years.  She now runs her own consultancy and training business which she combines with raising a young family. Elaine is a part time lecturer in the Institute of Technology in Carlow and also runs training courses for Enterprise Boards as well as working as a Business Mentor.
